Gamma Waste Systems was cofounded in 1998 by Jenny Kappil, currently a fellow board member. Through her 12 years of leadership, Gamma continues to exceed client expectations through superior service and on-time delivery. Jenny has cultivated her passion and developed Gamma Waste Systems into a leader in the Medical Waste Transportation and Disposal Services arena.

JOE KAPPIL MS MBA - Vice President

Joe Kappil is one of Gamma's original cofounders, with an MS in Chemistry and Environmental Engineering from University of Texas and MBA from Kellogg School of Management, he brings industry leadership and best in class management to Gamma Waste Systems. With over 20 years of experience in waste management and consulting services, air and water pollution control, environmental affairs and compliance, he ensures all clients achieve environmental stewardship while protecting people.

Dr (Mrs) Molly Thomas Kappil

Dr Kappil is an expert instructor in Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology. She has 13 years of experience in the field of college instruction. She is our resident OSHA trainer.

She will assist medical clinics to be completely OSHA compliant. Mrs Kappil is a medical doctor by training and has done residency in pathologic diseases. Mrs Kappil has also done extensive research in occupational diseases. Mrs. Kappil could be contacted at 713.472.6900.
